These natural variations are not considered defects.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Pure Whispers does not directly store complete payment card details.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.
Estimated delivery time is usually 6–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, seasonal volume, and other factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not entered fulfillment, packing, or shipping.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, packing, or shipping, it can no longer be canceled.
